Claims for shortages or errors must be reported within ten days after receipt of products.
Returns are only accepted if prior arrangements are made. A restocking fee of 10% will be charged for this service.
Orders will be shipped the same day as ordered unless received late in the day, in which case they will be shipped the next business day. Items not available will be back ordered and the customer informed. Back orders will be sent as soon as they become available.
