EDSS First Alert Kit is a safe, effective and inexpensive tool for horse owners, farriers and vets to have on hand for cases of acute laminitis and other acute lameness problems. The Styrofoam Support Block System is standard treatment for acute laminitis in several universities, equine hospitals and farrier practices across the country and abroad. Now, with the comprehensive instruction video and pre-cut blocks, horse owners and trainers can, if necessary, administer the initial treatment when laminitis is suspected.
