: Hi kameron, Thanks for your interest in Equi-Pak. Equi-Pak is perfect for your situation. For application, it is best to seat out the shoe when nailed on. Then scrub the sole and frog w/ denatured alcohol and dry. Apply the Equi-Pak . If the shoe is already on and you don't want to reset the shoe, clean it out good and dry. You can use Equi-Pak all the time, it won't hurt the sole or frog. If you reset the shoe and seat it out it should stay in for 4-6 weeks. The terrain will decide that a bit but we've had it stay in on Tevis Cup riders for the long haul. Hope this helps. If you have any ??? please call me at 816-305-6984 or the home office at 800-483-8267. Thanks again, Frank
Hi kameron, oops, gave you the wrong number for the home office, it's 800-483-8832, sorry. Frank
