Where can I buy Equi Pak for my farrier?

I've asked my farrier about Equi Pak. He said it sounds like silicone. Is it the same?
If not, can you recommend a supplier in the east that would sell it to me for my farrier to use during my horse's next shoeing? Thank you, Tracy
