Although your horse could be changed to the "world racing plates". which have the same principles as the Natural Balance shoes, but added traction. There ARE horses racing in the NBS, out here aty Golden Gate Fields, and Bay Meadows racetracks. If he is working in them, and doing well, why not try running him in them? Patty
