Currently my shoer is using Race Glu shoes with a hospital plate that has a lilly pad and wedge rivited to the plate and then the plate is bolted onto the Race Glu shoe.
This actually has worked very well for about 6+ weeks.
However, I am wondering if you can recommend anything that might accomplish what we are doing that would be better. The problem with this is the Lilly Pad does tend to chafe the heel. Not a huge problem but a problem that will get worse as humidity in S. FL increases during the summer.
Also, I need to know where to purchase Lilly Pads.
