The Baby Glue comes in a kit form. Glue tabs, a thick polyurethane pad that is cut to whatever size is needed, two tubes of glue and basic instructions. As far as a custom shoe, we make 320 different styles and sizes of shoes so there is a chance we might have something. If you can fax an outline of your special shoe to: 714-779 1582 we will see.
