I have a dwarf mini that I work on that when she was born all 4 feet were like that. We had to glue extensions on all 4 feet until the tendons caught up with her. She went bare foot for quite some time but in the hind end she is so bow legged that we went back to having to glue shoes on her hinds to keep them from crushing over the lateral side. I don't have any digital pics of her but I'll try to remember to take a camera with me the next time I go out there.
