Coan bueche OFFLINE Member Posts: 5 Karma: 0	Has anyone tried MFC's ultimate hammer. I like the idea of the one piece head and shaft but how does it feel when driving a nail. I have'nt heard anything good about thier other tools but i wonderd if the hammer was any good.

e decker OFFLINE Senior Member Posts: 204 Karma: 0	I am prone to breaking things and being very clumsy. My S.O. got me one for my birthday as I allegedly could not break it. I like the tool but a lot of people who have used it (most people ask me about it and want a go) say it is too light. I use it everyday and have no problems with it. Douglas_Armstrong OFFLINE Senior Member Posts: 188 Karma: 0	I have two... one 12oz and 16 oz... the 12oz I've had for 4 years no problems.. the 16 oz broke a claw off in the first 3 months.... MFC replaced it and have not had any problems since.... Guess its hit and miss.... From what I could tell on the 16oz hammer it appears to be too hard and brittle.. my 2 cents worth.. Doug

16 oz?? I have a 10oz, and I feel like I could go lighter sometimes. Wow, 16oz, sounds like you could frame a horse with that one.
