Gday Raf
Mate send me $656000000s of thousands of big buck AND
I'll tell ya
The wheel i use is a heavey duty type of thing made of a carpety canvis fibrous material
Its the heady duty one on the beanh grinder you would have used a school in metal work class to pollishup the hand beaten ash tray that you made dad
The gringing of buffing compound is a ingot of ORION buffing compound grey or green
the wheel is spun and a good dab of the ingot the spinning wheel about a second or two
the rasp is then held under or on top of the wheel so the the wheel rubs the back or sholder of the teeth from the tang down several good solid swipes , not trying to stall the the engine just a nice firm preasure will do on each side
the fine side needs less work and less ofen
Im in the proseeds of building a twelve volt powered belt sander with a buffing wheele on tother side yeah for my mobile shed
hope this helps
