I'm using his punches in E and City, the stud punch, and his center punch ( the big meaty hand grip one) and have a wide creaser, which is a bit too wide for me. The quality is excellent and I love that center punch. Can't tell you about the hammers, I use all Jim Keith stuff there.

Just recently picked up a poor driving hammer, only been usinf it for about a week. It really seems to like my left thumb for some strange reason. other than that it's great. I have one of there creasers and i't a little wide at the head for me to see were i am runing my crease, i prefer the jim keith creaser it narrow and let's me see were i am running it. i have this strange tendency to lean out my creaser as i make my last run. I guess i am weird. But my driving hammer punishes it for doing ****** things like that.

I just ordered 3 jim keith fullers today and I've never tried one before. Its good to hear you like them. I was debateing between a jim poor and jim keith.
I do prefer jim poors rounding hammers over anyone elses. But I prefer jim keiths clipping hammers over anyone elses also. I tried jim poors driving hammer once and have wanted one ever since.

I called Kathleen right before Christmas and ask about a one pound rounding hammer for my poor right elbow. She advised that they would have me one coming. I got it in no-time, about a week. Just let a little more heat into that steel and back to work with less pain. I really like their tools, I have several of their hammers and they are my favorites. I put the Jay Sharp's in the shop.

I find myself going into my shoeing rig and pulling out the Flatland Forge hammers when I am headed to the shop. I guess I need to order a set just for that purpose.

We have tried 'em all and Flatland rounding hammmers, clipping and 1/2 stone seem IMNSHO to be the best balanced hammers going. Super people to deal with too! Use Jim's forepunches but have never tried his creasers...Jim Keith makes great ones and quite frankly I don't care to look elsewhere in that dept.!
