yes i was sayng about the nail hole, but it came to me last night y i never used the pritchel, now ive seen loads of people using it and other ways to, i mean there is a 100 and one way of doing this you just pick the one that suits, but to come back to the pritchel"can't beleive i never asck this to anybody" once the pritchel is throught the shoe to hold it, will the tip of the pritchel not interfer wf the setting ?

I really like that....what kind of vise grip is that ......I see its a toe clip in them...I'm guessing it will do any cliped shoe.....how does it hold a reset shoe...as in I have alterd a pair of the w brands to where I can slide the shoe back...but trying to use a reset with the toe wore ..the shoe will pop out from time to time.....had a shoe pop out one time and it dang near ended up around the fetlock but I was able to grab the shoe....not sure if ya ever have grabed a red hot shoe but it sticks and I had to shake it loose....bad burns...

i got the vise by accident it was a 3 for one offer, its nomally used to change the oil filter,just cut the bit of an adjust to your spec, ive used it on size 7/0 to 4 size keerckat front and hind, and used double front clip shoes no prob. has i mentioned i dont use concave steel has much, worn shoe can be a problem but it still can grab a small thikness. still you have to change to shoe some day:D

Lol....in place of changing the soe I bet I could kick it to the side and grab the toe 1/4 where the meat is still good on the shoe....always a reset..lol
