i have no problem with our system i think it's great! sometimes MRI's are a little hard to get. if they don't think it;s an emergency you may have to wait a few weeks but if your in serious trouble they get you in fast . i know a few jockeys that have had spills and they got MRI's right away. as more and more hospitals are getting new equipment the waiting times are getting shorter. on the other hand a few years back my wife was crippled with a back problem . i mean she couldn't walk 5 feet, or stand. (we all know what that's like). anyway she saw all kinds of doctors , chropratactors accupuncture, then they wanted to send her for pain management courses. she couldn't get an MRI. finally after 2 years of her suffering i put her in the truck and took her to buffalo and for 800.00 dollars we got an MRI done . they showed her on the films what the problem was. we took them to her doctor and he set her up an appointment with a surgeon in toronto and she had the surgery and has been 100% sound ever since. i think it's been 4 years now. so i think in canada you have to take control of your own health to get results.you have to be persistent. the sqeeky wheel get's the grease .
