Afternoon ya’ll
Rick you have the ability to be much more creative with your responses; the,” I’m rubber, your glue”, come backs, are not working well.
Tom T. I love the Mark Knoffler reference. Dire Straits or not, I believe Mr. Nolan has just jumped ship.
Matt,
Those who choose to quit when the heat gets turned up are not leaders at all. Leaders don't quit - they don't just take their ball and bat and go home when things don't go their way but instead fight for what they believe in and learn to negotiate and compromise, set priorities, be open minded, know which things are important and which are not, always ask themselves "how important is it", and finally ask themselves "what can I do to improve this unworkable situation?" There will always be someone or something or some situation somebody doesn't like as we live in a not so perfect world.
The four gentlemen running for office are leaders, because when they saw the AFA needed help, they didn't quit, but rather took that opportunity to better the AFA by stepping up to the plate and doing the right thing.
It makes no difference who I vote for, but I will vote. I'm a member in good standing and will claim my seat.
Respectfully,
