Just wanted to say that with the new rulings to the protection act the usda is sending there people to shows of other breeds. Problem alot of people have not thought of yet is that the usda doesn't hire people that know alot about horses. There was a morgan show a few months ago where the usda approached someone and said that the action device they had on the horse was not allowed. Problem is that the device was a pair of bell boots. Would be like someone that takes once a week lessons at the local barn trying to tell a farrier what he can and cannot use on a horse.
