It looks like you took the inside heel to about where it should be but the outside one is still not back enough but, on second look that may just be a combination of pigmentation and the fact I'm trying to judge from a picture.
As Chris mentioned, a T square will help here. Take this view of the hoof and lay a T square along the line in the middle of the back of the foot, the top of the T should line up both heels when the upright bar is lined up with that line in the hoof and bones of the lower leg.
