Re: Making the decision...
Baron, as far as I'm concerned, getting a co-op membership is a no-brainer. What an awesome opportunity to learn and grow as a farrier. I highly recommend it.....

Re: Making the decision...
Hi Baron, what are the benefits to overseas farriers like me?
Would I still get the American Farriers Journal, without extra cost? Regards, David |

I wish I could tell you that there isn't an extra cost involved regarding the AFJ, but there's no getting around the reality that it costs a lot more postage to send it overseas. Direct from Lessiter Publications, a domestic subscription costs $47.95, and an overseas subscription cost $32 more, or $79.95. Through the Co-Op, it's an additional $30, so the Co-Op cost for overseas members is $155. Still, considering that of that $155, you would've paid more than half of that for an AFJ subscription, and you still have the other benefits available, it's an excellent deal. Attendance at the Online Conference, $50 discounts from some suppliers (which will cover a large portion of the overseas shipping costs!), discount to Summit, etc..., they all add up. Thanks for your inquiry. Baron Tayler
