Looking for farrier in Green Bay WI area

My club footed horse has recently been fitted with the EDSS shoes by a farrier in Iowa. In about three weeks, I will be moving him back to the Green Bay Wisconsin area. I would like to continue with these shoes and thus, I am looking for a farrier in that area who is familiar with them.
