Hi,
I have posted here a couple of times. I feel that what I learn could help others. My horse founder 9 months ago and is doing GREAT! He is sound and back to nearly full work. I wanted to share these three xrays. The first one (no shoe) is from 7/5/04. There is no rotation yet. (you may be able to read that the vet measured 1.8 centimeters from the hoof wall) Then 8 days later with rotation and shoeing that was not helping (1.8 at the top and 2.2 at the tip), and finally last week. I thought you would all like to see the progress. He is being reshod tomorrow.
This horse is 11 years old and was Prix St. Georges. He is back to everything but tight circles (nothing under 10 meters)
