There was deep cut in the frog, sole and back of the foot (other my thread). After 47 days of wrapping, keeping it clean, fighting with posible infections, old frog fell out. First upper cut part, then after the day everything else. The hoof is clean without any sign of infection. But it look very scary for me. I can touch with fingers the inside of hoof and horse didn't react. But when I brushed it for photos with small brush she moved leg a bit. When the horse is free on ground it jumps like crazy- any signs of lamines, but if I try to ride it on hard surface I feel some sort of lamines. Maybe because the angle and size of the hoof. It was worn in bad angle due to the wrapping.

Look at the photos, first few are the photos of frog I removed. It was hanging on small tissue.

Any Ideas about future? How to prevent inside of hoof of possible injury? Any comments are welcome. I don't have proffesional farrier and my vet never had such injury in his internship.

It is normal for the frog to shed especially after the trauma this foot has experienced. The heels of the foot look way too long. As bad as it looks I have seen worst, so I think your on the right track! Just get the heels cut down more and the new frog will engage with the ground and healing will continue. Remember to keep as clean as possible. Good Luck! Gary

Just short note. As on day ~75 the frog is normal size. Case closed. :)
