Lee Green has been shoeing "forever". He shod in the army (Burma I think) and is a past world champion mule speed shoer. He is fun to listen to, has a great deal of good information, wonderful stories, and is a "nut" on efficiency. The major things you will take away from one of his clinics are: working smarter, efficiency, customer relations, and staying up on the learning power curve.

He was the guest of Centaur Forge when they opened their Texas store. His presentation was well received. He is a knowledgable farrier and shared some of his methods with the group. There is always something new (that really might be old) for one to learn, so if the opportunity to attend any clinic presents itself I always try to attend. You will enjoy his.

I shop in his store every chance I get. I was at his seminar/open house last month as well. He truly cares about our industry and works hard to advance knowledge and workmanship. When I first got out of shoeing school I went to the local Norco shoeing supply house with my list of things to buy. The old man working there mocked me and dismissed me out of hand. I found Lee's shop and took a chance. Lee was wonderful to me, made me feel like the most important person who ever walked into his store, and still does 10 years later. My advice, never miss a chance learn.

I caught his presentation at Centaur Forge in Burlington WI man that is a shoer that guy can shoe and a wize in the fire. My master that I apprenticed under told me that he wouldn't sell me any more stuff from the shop(he owns a supply shop)if I didn't go and was very glad I did... his fire work is certainly something to watch

Mr. Green remains in my top "10 clinicians to see in your life more than once". He is one of those people that every time you see them you learn something.
Any opportunity you get to see him you should.
