Farrier softwware

I bought the Farrier Manager software from Ambrit Software LLC and have not had a good experience. I have ask for a refund. I need a program for my business. Has anyone used this program?? Can anyone recomend a good program.

Your post is rather misleading.

You requested a refund and will receive one, but you must give us a chance to respond to any questions. (See private email).

I am sorry but one hour is simply not enough time especially over a weekend.

Also, I believe that a public statement commenting on our software is not in order on a public newsgroup. After all, the problems may not be the fault of the software. A retraction really would be in order.

I believe our company has acted fairly and an immediate refund is offered but we still hope you will work with us to help you resolve your problems rather than acting in this rather hasty and public manner.

I do apologize if my post have been misleading in any way. It is not my intention to bash anyone at anytime. Peace and love. I have encountered some difficulties with the program and will discuss them with you. I did not ask for one hour service over the weekend. I sent e-mail advising what problems I was having with the program, just like you wanted me to. I will not list the problems I have encountered with the program on this site.

Our aim is to ensure that we provide error free and easy to use software and all feedback is always welcome. We do not always get it right but we welcome the opportunity to fix or improve it.

I have used just about every program on the market and found that most did not fit my needs .Ambrit software was the only one that would do what I wanted it to. If I have a problem John takes care of it.No program is going to please everyone but John will work with you if you give him a chance.
