Another good time in Cincinnati at the IHCS. Well run. This year I did manage to sneak into the custom motorcycle show during set up, without getting caught. All it took was the coat & tie, acting like Convention center staff and walking in with a cop. Those bikes are awesome! It's a shame that show is not open to the general public just vendors. Boys and our toys.

Brian,
I'll second that. Being my first time there I was quite impressed with it. Very well done and thanks to Mr Lessiter.
Also, for all of you guys who post on these boards that came and said hello. It was indeed a great pleasure meeting all of you.

This was my 3rd trip to the IHCS, and I am always amazed at how well everything runs and manages to stay on time. I saw Frank in the airport last night and he thought attendance was going to be up by 80 or so people. I don't think you can find more bang for your buck than this conference. Sure packs a whole lot into 4 days. Getting back under horses is like a vacation! Dave

It was my first time too, and it was more than enjoyable. My head is still swimming with all of the information.
I thought it was very well run. :)

Yea I'm a 1st timer too. Thought it was great. not sure if I would stay in the Millenilium motel next time as there was alot of walking to and from the Hilton, but sure enjoyed my self too. Trade show was nice also. there was everything from soup to nuts there as well. It was sure a long drive back to Vermont...........

Anyone else get lost on the skywalk? :o
I made it through once or twice by "following the cowboy hats", but eventually just started going outside where I could get my bearings better.

I am sorry I didn't get to officially meet any of you.
However I think Mr. Vtishoem was at Margarita's sitting behind us on Wednesday night.
I did get to meet Josh (Slowshoe) and his brother from Mass.
Did anyone else know that our own Derin Foor has written a chapter in Dr. Mannsman's upcoming podiatry book?

did everyone know I got a play by play update including the 01:35am call advising that the bar had runout of tequila?
And a call from the front desk of the Hilton advising that they found a cell phone in the bar. I told them to follow the shot glasses and they would find the owner at the end of the trail.
Well at least they didn't call and tell me they had an emergency and I needed to hop the next flight out. Only to learn that they dropped the bottle in the pool and had thrown all the lawn furniture in try to get it to float to the side since the were too drunk to swim.
Glad everyone had a good time. Yes, I usually answer my phone 24/7. :D

I had a terrific time. There were a lot of you that I got to meet in person there for the first time. It was great to actually see you all ,and If you hapened to catch me in a rush, Im sorry if I didnt have more personal time to visit.
It was LONG conference, packed with information and now I have a whole notebook of scribbled notes to review....learning never ends, does it? :)
My room at the Millenium had lukewarm water at best, there's nothing like a almost cold shower at the end of along day :( But I had overall a really good time.

Patty you were a scribbling machine!
I had a great time at the summit. I met some very nice folks, and a lot of you here from the board. Had some great conversations with Dr. Ogrady, Chris and Cody Greggory, Dr. Van Heel, and Dr. Mike Stewart just to name a few. The presentations were for the most part very nice. The trade show was a lot of fun, and I saw some great products. Some I'd love to try in the future. I met some great guys (Andrew & Wayne) who work on horses like Deep Impact in Japan. Also met a bunch of you from the boards, Rick, Dianne, Patty to name a few.
Only wish they would do this thing in a more hospitable climate!

This was my first time attending and it was well worth it. Only trouble was when I got home. TSA must have opened up each box of nails that I had bought. I had fun sorting the sizes.
