Extremely Flat Wide feet

I am attempting my first posting of a photo of my daughters favorite - "chance" (Chancelor Palpatine)

Chance has extremely wide prolapsed feet and I'm worried about him. We have had the wettest year on record here in new england and I think the moist environment has had some impact on his feet.

Any comments would be appreciated.
