Can you narrow down Southern California? I bought my horse from a farrier and he has always put NB shoes on the fronts of Davey. He is located in Llano, CA (near Wrightwood - Palmdale - Lancaster).

Call EDSS directly for a referral. Sometimes they get behind on Emails when they are really busy.
There are lots of very good Natural Balance /EDSS farriers in So Cal. For a foundered horse, you should ask for someone experienced in EDSS ,because it is more advanced than simple natural balance.
