Back up, back up.... Someone passed on a nerved horse to someone else without disclosing this?? Shame on them, I would consider legal route. Once a horse is nerved they nolonger know what they are walking on and there is usualy an agreement with the vet that the horse be shod with pads for protection for the rest of its life. I would think it would be unethical for a horse owner and Vet to keep this from a new owner. I guess they can regain sensation again from the nerves regrowing, but how much? I understand the buyer be ware thing, but some things are just unethecal and inhumane and people who operate like this need to be taught a good lesson.
