Thrush can be in 1,2,3, or 4 feet. It is not "contagious", but whatever is causing it in her front feet, can cause it in any other animals (foal) in same environment. Mud, urine, manure, etc. Clean both her and foals feet daily, treat her feet, and keep environment clean.
