I don't know much about treating horses, but I was born with two clubbed feet. They were corrected by casts. They straightened my feet to the correct position forcefully and then put casts on my feet to hold them in position. This was completely succesful, and the only problem I've had is that one foot is about 1/2 a size smaller than the other.
If the clubbed foot is really bad, it should be surgically operated on to strengthen ligaments and such. The earlier it's treated, the better the outcome should be.
