Well, now I am pretty certain she was born with those feet - I just found out her 1/2 brother has the same feet. Its not a club foot, just different angles.. She hadn't had the greatest of care when I got her - I thought maybe a contracted tendon that went unnoticed. I have had her since she was two and they look better now than they did then, so any changes have been for the better. I have not noticed any suspensory problems, and I have never been that cautious as to what kind of ground I worked her in or where I rode her. I actually never even considered it a problem until this person pointed it out, the mare moves good and is extremely fast and very athletic. The chiropractor was treating the mare for a pulled hamstring, which had nothing to do with her feet, she got hung up in a fence. I haven't seen my shoer since I got the wedge advice, I am pretty sure his advice would be the same as yours.
