MY horse is lame on his left front leg. He is only 16 months old, is feet need to be trimmed as I just purchased him. He has been lame for almost a week. Only lame at a trot and canter. Could it be caused by his feet being too long and breaking off? Or could it be a sprain? If it is a sprain how long will the lameness last. Please help!
