Shoe size

Hi

My mare stands 15.1hh and weighs in at about 1000lbs. She has a heavy build and looks a little like a quarter horse. She is a Thoroughbred X Paint cross.
She wears 00 on her front and 0 behind. Do these sizes sound right for a horse about her size?? They don't look too small for me but I'm just curious.
