: There are several shoes on the market for use on Navicular horses.....the GE-N is one that I have used with success. These shoes can and should be clipped especially if shoe loss is a problem.

The GE Navicular shoe is my favorite as well, I have three horses going in them now that were unserviceable at all before and are now being ridden everyday, I don't care for wedges on navicualr horses because they sometimes add frog pressure and sensitivity to frog pressure is one of the clinical signs of navicular. clip the shoes (the aloy clips well) that should help with the loss problem.
