i have an 9 month old stud colt i have recently purchased, his hoofs are chipping on all 4 legs and i am having a ferrier attend to this early next week,i have 2 other mares and i have never seen this before,when i purchased him his feet was full of mud but his legs seem strong and nice,i clean his feet and picked them they were full of stones and bad smelling mucky stuff,he was happy afterwards,he is a spotted tennessee walker and is very huge,hoofs are tall and narrow and needs trimmed for the long growth,but they are chipped badly around the ends of all feet,please reply with help on this topic as i am very worried thank you!
