I have a 9 yr old thbd gelding who is on pasture with grain daily in Tulsa, OK. His front feet are horribly cracked from the coronet band to his toes. There is also a 2(?) inch wide ridge down the front of one hoof. Our farrier trimmed him really short, but we are at a loss of what to do next. He is tender on gravel but seems sound otherwise. He is 16.2 and gorgeous, but no hoof no horse... Can you help?
