My 12 yr old QH just had her hooves filed . She was not in need of a trim. The farrier spent all of 4 minutes with her. Now three days later we noticed a crack running from the hair line down to the bottom of the hoof. The crack is very fine, but there. What can we do to correct it and could it have been from the farrier. We are new to the horse world and would appreciate any advise. Thanks!
