hi, i have a horse whos three and a half years old and she has sore feet. i haven't had her shod yet but shes had her toes filed, when the farrier did it he said she has sore feet and she could do with shoes. but the only problem is she needs to let her feet grow which will take about 4-6 weeks but the only problem is she could go a bit naughty to say shes not schooled. i think the only problem why she has got sore feet is because shes done too much road work and we have a dusty lane with gravel which could cause them to be sore. would it harm them more to just get on her back bare back with a bridel and to walk around the woods each day to give her exercise or would it make them worse have you got any suggestions?
