Jeremy: If as you say at $55 you are at the top end of the scale in your area. You made have only two choices. One either move you client base business to a more affulent area and travel back and forth or pack up and move. Palm Beach FL, range from $150 to $250 flat shod no extra's. Places in VA have price ranges from $100 to $200. and the list can go on. Kind of goes to where you want to live and the kind of lifestyle you want to have.
