Okay folks, in your opinion who are the top 10 farriers in the U.S.? I'm not necessarily talking about the most famous. I'm talking about the ones day in and day out do great work and are successful.
I went to shoeing school over a year ago and have been shoeing horses ever since. The more I learn, the more I like what I'm doing, the more I understand I have a lot MORE to learn. Even before I went to school I heard numerous times you need to apprentice under a good farrier after you graduate shoeing school. I have been looking in here (see positions wanted,Third post down) and through other channels with no avail.
Now I'm going to turn it up a notch. So if you folks would kindly tell me your opinion of the top 10 farrier's in the U.S. I will attempt to call them. If that doesn't work I have a good tent( an Alaska bomb shelter,Great tents!)and will travel the country pitching it in their front yards so I can talk with them as they leave and come home each day untill one of them takes me on as an apprentice or call the cops.
