Although I've not personally used any MFC products, I
wouldn't base my actions on statements or opinions from
people who've "heard" things. You need to hear from people
who've actually used MFC products. For years I heard "real"
farriers say that only GE tools were good. I tried them,
and they are good. But then I tried Diamond, and truth be
told, they were pretty good too. And much less expensive.
Now I use tools from a couple different companies, including
GE, Diamond and Mustad. I think I'll be trying MFC soon.
