I got a new client with a four year old paint diagnosed with navicular and grade three bilaterally lame. Had been in two degree aluminum egg bars with no change. I sugested NB type shoes (and trim principals) with the two degree frog support pads, with impresion material.
After two shoeings, she was going very well unless worked hard, and then not near as bad as she had been.
There are many companys makeing this type of pad, they all seem to be good.
