Thanks Scott, I call it "Stabing" also, he does have sore hocks, I just reshod him and added 2 deg. bar wedges to the hind feet. His front feet breakover is good, but I am going to watch for crossfire, thanks for the tip. It has been about a week with the wedges and I talked to the owner yesterday and she said that her trainer noticed that he is moving much better and looks more comfortable than she he has ever been. So far good news.
