Hi Brian,
We have been using this shoe on chronics since about this time last year... the application comes with a steep learning curve but the results are very good......if you haven't yet, you should try it especially on a horse with thin soles... you will be amazed at the sole growth and I think that is the saving grace on a lot of these laminitic horses
