Would you recommend a course of antibiotics to a horse who has Cushings and "chronic founder" for over a year , or is this too late ? Would "pro-biotics" or "pre-biotics" be of help ? The horse is already on Permax and Thyro-L.
Also , if the soreness is from tendons ,and not from the laminitis (diagnosis of laminitis was missed for the first month as he did not test positive from hoof testers) , what can be done for this ?
