Farrier's Personal Web Sites

The philosophy behind The Farrier & Hoofcare Resource Center is to bring all the farrier and hoofcare resources on the Internet together, in one Web site, so that farriers (and horse owners concerned about hoofcare) the world-over can have one place on the Web to call "their own." The Resource Center has gone a long way in accomplishing this goal, currently containing over 25,000 pages of information. If we don't have it here, let me know and I'll try to get it for you.

I'll be honest in telling you that I hadn't given much thought to hosting personal farrier sites. Simply keeping up with the Bulletin Boards, the Farriery Articles and The Marketplace is enough for any one mortal. But for the past few months I've been receiving requests from farriers who wanted to have personal sites located in The Resource Center, and from horse owners who wanted the ability of going to one place on the Web and be able to look through the personal sites of farriers, without having to wander through the 15 million web sites currently on the Web, trying to find them.

Since our stated goal is to be the center of farriery on the Web, it only makes sense to encourage farriers have their own sites here. You asked for it, so here it is.
