  • June 5: The Pieh Tool Company will be holding a Blacksmith and Farrier Clinic with Gordon Williams of Camp Verde. The event is co-sponsored by the Arizona State Farriers Association. Time: 8:00-1:00. Call 928-554-0700 for information.


  • June 14: PPFA Family Picnic. Meeting at 10:30 a.m. Picnic 12 noon. Location: Paradise Sportsmans Club, Paradise, PA.

  • June 26: PPFA meeting at 10 a.m. at Muddy Run Park, prior to picnic.

  • July 9: The PPFA is holding a clinic with Shayne Carter  at 9 a.m. at Amsterdam Farrier Supply, New Holland.

  • July 10: The PPFA will hold its 4th Annual PPFA Forging Competition. Registration begins at 8 a.m. at Spring Hill Farm, New Holland, PA.

  • July 7–11: Artist-Blacksmith's Association of North America Conference at the Eastern Kentucky University, Richmond, KY.
