On March 25th an auction was held to benefit on of Mid Eastern's long time members and his family. There was 197 people registered at Larry Galbreath’s ranch is Sigel PA. Jack Weigle and Duke Whiting were in charge of the auction. Jack, a close friend of the Galbreath family said the auction exceeded their expectations. The proceeds are going towards medical bills from Larry’s longstanding illness.
Coal:
For all of you diehard coal burners out there Randy Luikart is organizing
another delivery of coal to Thomson Bros. in New Springfield Ohio.
Randy wants to give the people at Thomson Bros. an idea of how
much we need. This is the best coal around (believe me we looked a lot!)
