The World Farriers Association Application for Membership

(To use this Application, first print it using your printer and then complete all the questions. Mail the completed form, along with appropriate payment, to: World Farriers Association, P.O. Box 1102, Albuquerque, NM 87102, USA.)

Dues are paid yearly on a 12 month system.

• Organizational - $200 origination fee; $100 annually plus $1.00 annually per member Individual
• Individual & Associate - $50 origination fee; $25 annually
• Commercial - $200 origination fee; $100 annually
• Supporting - Any amount in excess of Associate membership
• (Dues must be paid in US Dollars by International Money Order or a check drawn on a US bank. Payment document must be free of bank service charges.)
